Beautiful restaurant!! We loved the atmosphere and the food. We were served directly by the wine director and one of the chefs. Everyone was very knowledgeable and so friendly! We would definitely recommend it and will be back in the future!

V&iacute;ctor and Noe are excellent hosts.  The food is a culinary experience in every single aspect.  Chef Victor explains the dishes to all guests.  Noe counts with deep knowledge on wines for any taste or if you prefer to match your wine with the food.  Considering that Trigo counts with a Michelin star, the prices are affordable.  Highly recommended any person who enjoys great food and wine.

This is by far the best restaurant in Valladolid, food was amazing with great flavors and our service was a 10, if you are in Valladolid don&rsquo;t miss this restaurant.
